808Desk is a dashboard for music producers to manage clients, projects, songs, payments, and sessions. It runs entirely in your web browser.
808Desk collects only the data you choose to enter into the app (clients, projects, songs, payments, sessions, and templates). We also use your Google account email address for authentication purposes.
Your data is stored in two places: locally in your browser (localStorage) and in your own Google Sheets spreadsheet via the Google Sheets API. We do not store your data on any external servers. Your business data lives in your own Google account and your browser - we never have access to it.
808Desk uses Google Sign-In for authentication and requests access to Google Sheets to save and sync your data. If you connect Google Calendar, we read your calendar events to display them in the app. We never modify your calendar or share your data with third parties.
808Desk uses Google APIs (Sheets and Calendar) for data storage and calendar display. Your business data (clients, projects, payments) is never shared with any third-party service.
Our website uses Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may collect information about your visit to our website, such as pages viewed and actions taken. This data is used solely for ad performance measurement and is handled in accordance with Meta's data policy. Meta Pixel does not have access to any of your 808Desk business data.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your business data to any third parties. Your clients, projects, payments, and sessions stay between your browser and your Google account.
You can delete all your data at any time using the "Fresh Start" option in the app settings. You can also revoke 808Desk's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
808Desk uses browser localStorage to cache your data locally for faster loading. Our website may also use cookies from third-party services (such as Meta Pixel) for advertising measurement purposes. These cookies do not access your 808Desk business data.
